GO VR Liability Waiver

I hereby acknowledge that I understand and voluntarily agree to participate in virtual reality gaming activities organized by GO VR LLC.

In consideration for being allowed to use the virtual reality equipment and participate in gaming activities, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless GO VR LLC and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me while using the virtual reality equipment.

I understand and acknowledge the potential risks associated with virtual reality gaming, including but not limited to motion sickness, dizziness, seizures, and other adverse effects. I affirm that I am aware of my own health condition and have disclosed any relevant medical information to GO VR LLC.

I agree to abide by all safety guidelines and instructions provided by GO VR LLC during the virtual reality gaming activities.

I further agree that this waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware that, by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against GO VR LLC.
